Noushin Dewan

Ms. Noushin Dewan has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2020, and of the Ontario Bar since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor in Common Law from the University of Ottawa. As part of her practice at the firm, she represents and advises in various legal proceedings, including civil, commercial, and municipal matters.

 She has diverse legal experience, including being a research assistant for a project on international law and arbitration that was published in the Cambridge University Journal, as well as in banking law through her pro bono involvement under the guidance of the Honorable Justice Sébastien Grammond. Before joining the litigation team at Oliver Lawyers, Ms. Dewan worked in a private practice in Montreal where she gained experience in municipal and civil law.

 Ms. Dewan is perfectly bilingual and a member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal. She has the skill and discipline required to meet her clients' needs.
