Mathieu Paquette

Mathieu Paquette recently joined the Oliver Avocats team, where he is beginning a civil litigation practice. Before joining the team, Mr. Paquette practiced and litigated administrative law and labor law. He specialized in health and safety matters, representing both employers and workers (both unionized and non-unionized). This experience has allowed him to acquire a dual perspective in his analyses, allowing him to assess the situation with a holistic view, facilitating the search for effective solutions.

 Holding a bachelor's degree in civil law from the Université de Montréal in 2021, Mr. Paquette was then admitted to the Quebec bar in 2023. Alongside his studies, he excelled as a student athlete, being a member of the Carabins and the national cheerleading team with whom he competed on the national and international stages. His passion for sports and team spirit are reflected in his practice, where he values collaboration and commitment. Mr. Paquette is ready to put his skills at the service of his clients, combining his legal skills with his personal determination.
